I’m a Board member for a local community in the Black Mountain Ranch area. Last weekend we had a leak beneath one of our motor courts and our property manager called you guys in to help at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. At the time the leak had caused a loss of water pressure for all 259 homes. We were panicked. While it took some time (and an extra trip to Poway), You restored water to everyone but the affected buildings around 5:15 pm. Then your field techs went after the leak. 6 feet down and another 10-12 feet into the motor court they found it and identified what was needed (midnight). They were unable to get the necessary parts at that time but were on site the next morning and had it fixed by 1:00, cured by 5:00, with water service restored to the last 12 homes. I want to give feedback on the work. Your team was both professional, courteous, and respectful of our residents. They patiently listened to the attorneys on our Board tell them no less than 10 times that we need pictures and documentation of the broken seal to ensure that the building is held accountable. They worked tirelessly and with urgency and both my fellow Board members and Management were thrilled with the result. These guys are great and I want you guys to know!
